Arabianscape is expanding its NEBB-certified Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services and is welcoming applications from qualified TAB professionals at both
technician
and
supervisory
levels.
The roles involve field execution and/or supervision of HVAC TAB activities to ensure system performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing for air and water systems
- Conduct accurate field measurements for airflow, water flow, pressure, and temperature
- Verify system readiness prior to TAB activities
- Identify and report system deficiencies affecting balancing results
- Coordinate daily site activities with contractors and site teams
- Record readings and support preparation of TAB reports
- Maintain calibration and proper use of TAB instruments and equipment
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or technical qualification in HVAC, Mechanical, or related field
- Practical experience in HVAC TAB field works
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and balancing principles
- Ability to read drawings and follow approved procedures
- Willingness to work on active construction and operational sites
