Position Summary
The TA Scheduler supports the candidate care lifecycle within the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition function.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR or Talent Acquisition required.
- Experience working with the EMEA region required.
- Effective communication, organization, prioritization, problem solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder management are required.
Work Arrangement and Schedule
- The role is onsite five days per week in Bangalore.
- Shift timings are 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
- The candidate must be open to working the stated shift.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including in-person interviews and travel arrangements when needed.
- Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to align schedules.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the interview process.
- Manage and track scheduling in the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate interview information before and on the day of interviews.
- Maintain communication with candidates, interview teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate onsite interviews with scheduling team members during high-volume periods.
- Perform administrative duties and other responsibilities supporting Human Resources.
