Position Summary

Asset Lifecycle Management

• Manage procurement, deployment, transfer, maintenance, recovery, and retirement across the asset lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial regulations, and Fixed Asset Register requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and traceability throughout the asset lifecycle.

Reporting and Data Management

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
• Use SQL to provide actionable insights and performance metrics.
• Develop automated reporting solutions for operational and leadership decision-making.
• Maintain accurate, consistent, and complete data across ServiceNow, BLE/RFID, or equivalent systems.
• Conduct audits and data validation to maintain high-quality asset records.

Audit and Collaboration

• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and asset traceability.
• Assist with corrective and preventive actions and maintain audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve data governance.
• Partner with Lab Operations, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Engineering teams on standardized practices.

Automation and Optimization

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational scalability.
• Implement improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Lead asset recovery, redeployment, and reuse programs to maximize utilization and reduce costs.
• Analyze asset trends and report savings and efficiency gains.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in inventory management, asset management, or lab operations is requested in the technical qualifications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ERP tools, or asset management systems is required.
• Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, Fixed Asset Register compliance, inventory controls, and governance is required.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives is required.
• An Associate's Degree (B.Tech) and 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience are stated as minimum qualifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities are required.
