The role is a Technical Program Manager position focused on complex technical programs and software engineering initiatives.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, project management, or a similar technical role.
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects end to end in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering practices.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, databases, CI/CD, and application architecture.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex technology initiatives.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI or GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand technical trade-offs, challenge decisions constructively, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes.
