System Operation & Maintenance Coordinator

What You Will Do

• Interacting with design groups to ensure coordination between the relevant subway systems Coordinating and attending meetings; taking and distributing meeting minutes with accuracy Creating presentations to support the collaborative effort of the design teams Interacting with stakeholders in person and online Developing a working understanding of systems that are required for subway operations Conduct reviews of design documents and supplier provided OEM manuals to develop standard O&M procedures with collaboration with all stakeholders Support the development of standard maintenance and operating procedures for subway systems Experience You Will Bring: Diploma in electrical or civil engineering or similar program. A proactive, organized and goal-oriented approach with strong communication and coordination skills with excellent use of Microsoft office products 2-3+ years of experience in rail and transit projects Strong technical background in report writing and documentation Understanding of subway systems and multidisciplinary system interfaces Experience with handover and project closeout is a significant asset An understanding of operational readiness and O&M requirements Why Join Us?
