Role summary
Administers, maintains, and supports organizational IT infrastructure, including Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, backups, and VMware.
Ensures system availability, security, and performance and resolves infrastructure issues.
Responsibilities
- Administer Exchange and Active Directory, including accounts, groups, and Group Policies.
- Manage Windows Server and VMware vSphere or ESXi environments.
- Perform backup and recovery operations; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Apply security updates and patches, perform maintenance, and prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
- Coordinate with IT teams to maintain reliable and secure services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with Exchange, Active Directory, backup and recovery, VMware virtualization, and Windows Server administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; good communication and teamwork skills.
- Arabic and English.
Preferred certifications
- Relevant Microsoft and VMware certifications are preferred.
