Roles And Responsibilities Of Supervisor
- Coordinating communication between field technicians, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the scheduling and routing of field technicians, ensuring that they are assigned to the right tasks and locations. This includes planning daily work schedules and adjusting as needed.
- Handle emergency calls and respond promptly to any urgent situations that may occur on the field.
- Keep track of equipment and resources, ensuring that field technicians have the necessary tools and materials to complete their tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, incidents, and activities, prepare reports and documentation for project management and compliance purposes.
- Assist field technicians with technical issues, providing guidance and support to resolve problems efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating communication between field technicians, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage scheduling and routing of field technicians, including planning daily work schedules and adjusting as needed.
- Ability to handle emergency calls and respond promptly to urgent field situations.
