Responsibilities
- Support daily treasury operations and monitor cash balances.
- Prepare and process bank transfers and payment transactions; perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily and monthly cash position reports.
- Organize bank statements, payment records, and treasury documents; coordinate payments with internal departments.
- Monitor cash flow, support financial reporting, and help ensure sufficient operational funds.
- Follow company policies, financial procedures, and internal controls.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant accounting or treasury experience.
- Good written and spoken English; basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy; organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
Preferred qualifications and competencies
- Finance, Accounting, or Treasury internship or cooperative training is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of bank reconciliations, cash management, and payment processing is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is advantageous.
- Accuracy, analytical and numerical ability, confidentiality, integrity, time management, organization, and willingness to learn.
