Responsibilities
- Configure Verisk solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Support implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
- Provide day-to-day customer support, troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and identify long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on complex technical issues.
- Build customer relationships and support engagement activities.
- Test systems and verify that solutions meet requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge resources.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Candidate requirements
- Experience in SaaS support, configuration, or application support roles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with customer-facing experience and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise issues and projects.
- Experience with workflow or rule-based systems.
Desirable experience
- Property insurance or claims experience is desirable.
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, or data analysis tools is desirable.
