We are hiring a
System Analyst
with strong experience in the
Banking domain
to support business and technology teams in analyzing requirements, improving business processes, and delivering effective system solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
data analysis, business process modelling, requirement gathering, and functional documentation
, with the ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and system requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications for technology teams
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvement opportunities
- Perform
- business process modelling / process mapping
- (AS-IS / TO-BE) to support transformation and optimization initiatives
- Interpret business and operational data, identify trends or issues, and derive actionable insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams through the solution lifecycle, including requirement clarification, UAT support, and implementation
- Prepare and maintain key analysis documents such as BRD, FRD, functional specifications, workflows, and use cases
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a
System Analyst And Business Systems Analyst
- **Mandatory experience in the Banking domain**
- Strong expertise in
- data analysis
- and ability to interpret complex datasets for business insights
- Hands-on experience in
- business process modelling, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Strong experience in
- requirement gathering, system analysis, and functional documentation
- Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams in a cross-functional environment
- Exposure to tools such as
Excel, SQL, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI And Tableau
will be an advantage
