We are seeking an experienced
AI Cybersecurity Governance professional
to design and implement governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for AI/ML systems within a banking environment.
The role focuses on ensuring secure, compliant, and responsible use of AI in alignment with global regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement
- AI governance frameworks
- aligned with EU AI Act and CBUAE AI Guidelines
- Establish and manage
Model Risk Management (MRM)
- policies for AI/ML models, including Generative AI
- Conduct
- cybersecurity risk assessments
- for AI/ML infrastructure and applications
- Ensure compliance with
- regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce AI governance and security standards
Key Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in
Cybersecurity Governance / GRC
- Experience in
- AI/ML risk, model governance, or emerging technology risk
- Good understanding of
- AI regulations (EU AI Act, CBUAE guidelines)
Certifications (Preferred)
- CISSP or CISM
- ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer (AI Management Systems)
- Relevant AI/ML or cybersecurity certifications
