Manage the day-to-day operations of FCMS host servers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance, and repair.
Maintain records of system downtime and equipment inventory.
Manage Windows, Linux, and Mac systems to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
Upgrade, install, and configure application software and server hardware.
Perform troubleshooting as required, leading problem-solving efforts involving outside vendors and support personnel.
Establish, maintain, and manage user and email accounts.
Install, modify, and maintain systems and utility software on server computer systems.
Provide server support for other software.
Answer questions and troubleshoot product issues, focusing on problem resolution and documentation.
Monitor and manage the progression of user cases and assigned tasks through to closure.
Participate in team efforts to continuously improve work routines, processes, and product knowledge.
Facilitate strong working relationships with the Fakeeh Care Solutions Delivery team.
Ensure high availability and acceptable performance levels of mission-critical host computer resources.
Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root causes and provide technical support when needed.
Install, configure, and maintain servers and storage systems.
Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, event log monitoring, and resource management, ensuring seamless system integration.
Monitor datacenter health using management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise.
Build, test, and maintain new servers as needed.
Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
