Overview
We are looking for a System Administrator to support the daily operations of our Vehicle Registration Centre.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company systems, maintaining records and documentation, supporting Service Advisors, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's operational systems.
- Create and manage user accounts and system access.
- Maintain software licenses and IT asset inventory.
- Keep all administrative records and documents updated and organized.
- Support Service Advisors with system-related issues and daily operations.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Operations, HR, and other departments.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate business records.
- Ensure all data is accurate, secure, and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with software vendors or service providers when technical support is required.
- Assist in improving processes and implementing new systems when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in System Administration, Operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in the automotive or vehicle registration industry is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
