Helper

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to experienced staff by helping with routine or physical tasks.
• Ensure that work areas, equipment, and tools are organized, clean, and ready for use.
• Help with the movement of materials, supplies, or equipment to and from work areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Assist in the preparation of materials or equipment needed for specific tasks.
• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and assembling items under the guidance of more experienced team members.
• Run errands or deliver materials as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
• Clean tools, equipment, and workspaces after tasks are completed.
• Notify supervisors or team leaders of any issues or challenges faced during work.

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and moving heavy items.
• Ensure that tasks are completed with care and accuracy.
• Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors or skilled workers.
• Ability to communicate clearly and ask questions when unsure about tasks.
• Familiarity with hand tools or simple machinery may be required, depending on the industry.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices
