We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should possess strong telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers while achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow up with potential and existing customers
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Achieve individual and team performance targets
- Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role
- Experience in driving institutes, training centers, rental services, or related industries will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Hindi language skills are preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good computer and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Pay: AED2,750.00 per hour
