Role Overview

The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting users across the organization. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure system reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and projects.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari IT regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to staff when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and virtualization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Proficiency in system monitoring and security tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
