Sustainability & ESG Director
- نبذة عن الوظيفة:
- تبحث الشركة عن مدير الاستدامة والحوكمة البيئية والاجتماعية (ESG) لقيادة استراتيجية الاستدامة على مستوى المؤسسة، وتطوير وتنفيذ سياسات ومبادرات ESG بما يتوافق مع المعايير العالمية، وتعزيز الأداء البيئي والاجتماعي والحوكمي للشركة.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية الاستدامة وESG على مستوى الشركة.
- دمج مبادئ الاستدامة في العمليات التشغيلية واتخاذ القرار.
- إعداد تقارير الاستدامة وفق المعايير الدولية مثل GRI وSASB.
- مراقبة الأداء البيئي وتقليل الانبعاثات الكربونية.
- قيادة مبادرات المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات (CSR).
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير البيئية والتنظيمية المحلية والدولية.
- التعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة لتعزيز ممارسات الاستدامة.
- إدارة تقييمات المخاطر البيئية والاجتماعية.
- التواصل مع المستثمرين وأصحاب المصلحة حول أداء ESG.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات العالمية في الاستدامة والطاقة النظيفة.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال، الهندسة، العلوم البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة في الاستدامة أو ESG أو إدارة البيئة.
- خبرة في إعداد تقارير الاستدامة والمعايير الدولية.
- معرفة قوية بالسياسات البيئية والتغير المناخي.
- خبرة في مشاريع التحول الأخضر أو الطاقة المستدامة.
- الشهادات المفضلة:
• GRI Certified Professional
- LEED Accreditation
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
- CFA ESG Investing (ميزة إضافية)
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- التخطيط الاستراتيجي والاستدامة.
- تحليل البيانات البيئية والاجتماعية.
- إدارة المشاريع والمبادرات الكبرى.
- التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة والمستثمرين.
- القيادة والتأثير المؤسسي.
- فهم السياسات البيئية العالمية.
