To strengthen our leadership team in Doha, we are seeking an experienced Sustainability & ESG Director to drive our sustainability vision and ESG initiatives.

Role Overview

The Sustainability & ESG Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability frameworks, overseeing ESG reporting, and ensuring compliance with international standards. This role requires strategic foresight, technical expertise, and the ability to embed sustainability into every aspect of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Technioneer LLC’s sustainability and ESG strategy.
• Oversee ESG reporting, disclosures, and compliance with global standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.).
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate sustainability into business operations and projects.
• Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote resource efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders, regulators, and industry partners on ESG matters.
• Monitor emerging sustainability trends and recommend innovative solutions.
• Drive social responsibility programs and community engagement initiatives.
• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to teams on ESG practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility, with at least 5 years in a director-level role.
• Strong knowledge of international ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
• Proven track record of leading sustainability initiatives in complex organizations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR35,000.00 per month
