Your Role as a Supportive Care Partner
- In this role, you’ll provide essential care and companionship to clients, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Responsibilities will vary based on client needs and may include:
- Personal Care Assistance: Helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility to promote dignity and independence.
- Household Maintenance: Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe and welcoming home environment.
- Transportation Services: Providing reliable transportation for errands, appointments, or social activities.
- Engaging Companionship: Offering friendly conversation and activities to enhance clients’ quality of life.
- Care Plan Adherence: Following customized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Professional Communication: Keeping open, respectful communication with families and the care team to ensure excellent client support.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking compassionate, reliable individuals ready to make a difference in Falling Waters. Key qualifications include:
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
A clean driving record
Prior experience in home care is a plus, though not required—training is provided
