Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical support services to clients, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming • Encourage socialization and engagement with clients, promoting mental and emotional well-being • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to home care standards • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care • Document client information and services provided, maintaining accurate records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred • 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry; training or certification in gerontology or a related field a plus • Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

Salary
