Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our team at Home Helpers of Martinsburg. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide vital support to seniors and individuals in need, helping them maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with household tasks, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Engage with clients in activities and conversations to promote socialization and companionship
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes or concerns to the care team
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements
- $14 - $18 HOURLY competitive pay rate
