Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations across multiple service areas including accommodations, food services, housekeeping, health and safety, facilities, facility maintenance and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate and ensure smooth delivery of services to meet the needs of camp residents and clients.
  • Liaise with on-site management and client representatives to ensure responsive and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in quality audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental programs, including orientation, training, compliance, and incident reporting.
  • Support staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Resolve customer concerns and contribute to a positive camp experience.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and submit internal and external reports as required.
  • Engage in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneNote, and OneDrive.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential with strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in team building, mentoring, and working in cross-cultural environments.
  • A focus on service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work in a rotational camp-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Hotel/Accommodation/Customer Service Management or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote environment, accommodation, or camp services industry.
  • Comfortable using tablet-based apps; experience with retail POS systems or accommodation systems.
