Role : Support & Maintenance Engineer – CIAM

We are looking for a
Support & Maintenance Engineer – CIAM
with strong hands-on experience in
IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) / IBM Verify
and Identity & Access Management solutions.
Key Requirements
✔ 5–7+ years of IT experience with at least 4 years in CIAM/IAM support roles
✔ Hands-on experience with
IBM ISAM, IBM Verify, Tivoli Identity & Access Management
solutions
✔ Expertise in
Customization, Development, Installation, Configuration, and Support
of CIAM platforms
✔ Strong knowledge of
Identity & Access Management (IAM), Authentication & Authorization, Directory Services, SSO, MFA, OAuth, JWT, SAML, API Security
✔ Experience integrating CIAM solutions with
Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and Digital Channels
✔ Knowledge of
REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, HTML, CSS
✔ Experience in incident management, production support, UAT, go-live, and vendor coordination
✔ Banking or Financial Services domain experience preferred
