Role Overview
Seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance Delivery professional with 15+ years of experience in leading enterprise-scale QA delivery for Digital Banking – channels Portfolio.
The role focuses on Quality Governance and Test Management ensuring high-quality and stable digital channel releases.
QA Delivery & Test Management
· Lead End-to-End QA delivery for Digital Channels Projects: Retail and Corporate Internet Banking, APIs/Open Banking, Payments (UPI/Wallets), Digital Onboarding.
· Define QA strategy, test approach, plans, estimates, schedules and budgets.
· Own test management across SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, Security, Performance, and Regulatory Testing.
· Drive defect management, traceability, test coverage, and quality metrics.
· Govern release readiness, go/no-go decisions, and production sign-offs.
Stakeholder & Governance
· Engage with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, and CXO leadership.
· Lead QA governance forums, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.
· Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
· Digital Banking Domain Expertise
Strong domain knowledge in:
· Mobile & Internet Banking (Retail & Corporate)
· API / Open Banking / Middleware
· Payments – UPI, Wallets
· Digital Onboarding, KYC, AML, CRM
Ensure compliance with RBI / CBUAE / MAS, PCI DSS, and security standards.
Commercial Management
· RFP/SOW reviews, SLAs, and delivery commitments.
· Manage onsite-offshore QA teams.
