Delivery Manager – Treasury, Wealth & RegTech

QA Leadership & Delivery Ownership

• Lead QA initiatives and testing projects across
• Treasury, Wealth, and RegTech programs

Program & Project Management

• Manage
• multiple concurrent QA projects

• test strategies, execution plans, resource allocation, timelines, and technical skill requirements

• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage
• onsite-offshore teams
• , task allocation, and workload distribution.
• Ensure smooth execution and alignment with evolving project requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business, product, and implementation teams to ensure
• release quality and successful delivery

• Identify and manage
• project risks, issues, and escalations
• .
• Provide regular
• project status updates, quality metrics, and delivery reports
• to leadership stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business users and cross-functional teams for

Quality Engineering & Governance

• Define and implement
• test strategies for treasury, wealth, and regulatory technology platforms

• testing standards, governance frameworks, and quality processes

• quality metrics, defect trends, test coverage, and execution status

Execution & Test Management

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• in QA/Test Delivery Management within the
• Banking domain

• Strong experience in
• Digital Wealth, Treasury, and RegTech implementations

• Extensive experience in

Banking Testing and Quality Engineering

• Proven ability to manage
• multiple QA programs simultaneously

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
