Position Overview

• As a Supply Executive in the Supply Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless supply of new additions of the drivers on the Zofeur platform.
• This includes overseeing the business requirement, analyzing historic trends and forecasting required supply for the upcoming months and plan of action to achieve the targets as per the demand.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the optimal flow of products from the supplier to the customer.
• Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality will help enhance the driver experience and ensure the department runs efficiently.
• Key to this role will be your ability to manage supply related tasks in a fast-paced, luxury environment, handle sensitive product information, and uphold the brand's premium reputation through precision, discretion, and an unwavering focus on excellence.
• Manage day to day supply operations to make sure we have enough supply to cater the projected demand
• Co-ordinating with the operations, marketing and finance team to maintain smooth operations
• To ensure smooth mobility of the chauffeurs on the platform
• To generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders
• Manage and onboard new vendors for supply management
• Analyze different metrics in data and take the necessary actions for supply planning
• Work on retention of the chauffeurs and plan different activities to maintain the supply health

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in supply or fleet management in the transportation industry (Ride Hailing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Multitasker with a strong sense of ownership
• Good hands-on data analysis and market research
