AR Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• **Accounts Receivable:**
• Manage the full
• accounts receivable cycle
• , including invoicing, collections, and customer account follow-ups.
• **Financial Record Keeping:**
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• **Financial Reporting:**
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis.
• **Budget Management:**
• Assist in budget creation and monitoring, providing insights into budget variances and recommending corrective actions.
• **Reconciliation:**
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• **Audit Support:**
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams to facilitate audits and compliance reviews.
• **Tax Compliance:**
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• **Expense Management:**
• Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• **Financial Analysis:**
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to the finance team.
• **Process Improvement:**
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• CA or relevant certification.
