Role overview
Saputo is seeking a Supply Chain Scheduler for its Laverton ILC.
The role plans and coordinates domestic and export movements across the ILC and third-party logistics networks.
The position supports smooth, timely and safe operations while working with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage container and shift schedules while balancing workload and capacity.
- Monitor and adjust inbound and outbound time slots.
- Track and report KPIs for warehouse packing capacity.
- Build relationships with colleagues, 3PL providers, transport partners and shipping lines.
- Check and validate costs for accuracy and expense control.
- Promote safe work practices and support a positive, inclusive culture.
Candidate requirements
- Experience in warehousing, logistics or scheduling.
- Comfort using SAP, Excel and other IT systems is desirable.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to health and safety.
- Flexibility for occasional Saturday work to meet operational needs.
