Supply Chain Manager – Manufacturing industry

Company & Role Overview

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy aligned with the business goals.
• Lead procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations across all business units.
• Establish policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, stock management, and delivery processes.

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Oversee strategic sourcing and procurement of raw materials, hardware, accessories, and production supplies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure the best commercial terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Ensure timely procurement to support factory production and project deadlines.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory without overstocking or shortages.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation.
• Implement inventory control systems and periodic stock audits.
• Ensure accurate material forecasting and demand planning.

Logistics & Distribution

• Oversee transportation and delivery schedules for factory outputs and site requirements.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to client locations and project sites.
• Coordinate with project teams to align supply chain activities with installation schedules.
• Optimize logistics costs and transportation efficiency.

Production Planning Support

• Collaborate with factory and operations teams for production scheduling.
• Ensure materials availability for manufacturing requirements.
• Support project execution timelines through effective planning.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare monthly management reports on cost savings, stock levels, and supplier performance.
• Support finance in budgeting and cost analysis related to supply chain operations.

Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in doors/furniture manufacturing.
• Proven track record in managing
