• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial, supply chain, and go-to-market strategies to accelerate business growth.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution efficiency.
• Build and strengthen B2B partnerships across retail, hospitality, and export channels.
• Lead sales performance, revenue growth initiatives, and market expansion plans.
• Align production planning and supply chain operations with market demand to ensure optimal inventory levels and operational efficiency.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement, logistics, and commercial operations while maintaining service excellence.
• Lead branding, marketing, and digital engagement strategies to strengthen market presence.
• Monitor commercial performance, profitability, operational KPIs, and return on investment.
