We are looking for an experienced
Supply Chain Manager
to manage end-to-end supply chain operations within a perfume manufacturing company, including procurement, production planning, inventory, logistics, and stock availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full supply chain process for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished perfume products.
- Plan and control inventory levels to ensure smooth production and product availability.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams.
- Monitor production requirements, material availability, and delivery timelines.
- Manage suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse operations.
- Oversee local and international shipments, import/export processes, and customs documentation.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods.
- Improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize stock shortages or delays.
- Prepare supply chain reports, forecasts, stock movement analysis, and inventory updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customs procedures, and logistics standards.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 7 years of experience
- in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management.
- Experience in perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC import, export, customs, warehouse, and logistics operations.
- Experience in production planning, demand planning, stock control, supplier coordination, and shipment follow-up.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory systems.
- English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
