Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, negotiate, purchase, and optimize advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.

The ideal candidate will analyze campaign performance, manage advertising budgets, and work closely with the marketing team to maximize return on investment (ROI) while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.
  • Research target audiences and identify the most effective media channels.
  • Negotiate advertising rates and placements with media vendors and publishers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective media spending.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align campaign objectives.
  • Stay up to date with media trends, advertising platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with company policies and advertising regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other media buying tools.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with campaign tracking and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
