Supply Chain Planning

  • Lead the regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and business objectives.
  • Manage demand forecasting and supply planning activities across GCC markets.
  • Ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels and working capital.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage supply risks, proactively identifying and resolving potential disruptions.

• Customer Service Excellence

  • Lead the customer service function to deliver exceptional customer experience and service performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, order fulfilment, and issue resolution.
  • Establish and monitor customer service KPIs including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), order cycle time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and commercial teams to understand requirements and continuously improve service levels.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture throughout the supply chain organization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key interface between Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Customers.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve complex supply chain challenges.
  • Collaborate with regional and global supply chain teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with logistics providers, distributors, and external service partners.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Planning and Customer Service teams across the region.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop organizational capabilities to support business growth and evolving customer needs.
  • Champion change management initiatives and process improvements.

Performance Management

  • Establish and track supply chain performance metrics and service KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reviews to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
