- Manage daily cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements to track cash flow and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting to provide insights for strategic financial planning.
- Process invoices and payments while maintaining organized financial records for accountability.
- Conduct regular audits of cash drawers to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to implement cost-saving measures and optimize financial operations.
- Engage with customers to address billing inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes and generate reports efficiently.
- Train and mentor junior staff on cash handling procedures and accounting best practices.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards to mitigate financial risks.
- Can speak English , Hindi and Urdu
- Handling cash efficiently.
- Should have good knowledge how to deal with the customer
