Overview
- Implementation of and compliance with standards and guidelines for the Warehouse Management System and WMS related tools
- Developing and testing EDI/REST API interfaces for customers using data integration platform such as Lobster Data
- Design and configuration of documents and labels using BarTender and Jasper
- Creation and execution of live dashboards using Power BI and SQL Database
- Requirement gathering by conducting IT workshops with customer. Understanding customer’s system and requirements in depth.
- Creation of user requirement specification document.
- Customer facing and project lead regarding interfaces and WMS implementation.
- Provide End User Training on the agreed upon processes in the WMS as a part of each project implementation and prepare end user training guideline documents.
- Change request management.
- Participation in and execution of WMS and EDI projects.
- Act systematically and define priorities to complete tasks according to a timeline and budget with milestones.
- Being able to foresee future challenges and proactively plan solutions.
- Identify improvement projects and be accountable for implementation.
- Must be willing to travel within the region.
