Role overview

Inventory management

• Monitor and record third-party warehouse stock, including SKUs, sizes, brands, and quantities.
• Reconcile warehouse stock against the company master file in Excel and accurately record inbound, outbound, transfer, and return movements.
• Flag slow-moving, aged, or low-stock items and support reorder planning.

Export documentation and payments

• Prepare supply chain documents in Excel, from invoice generation through bank submission.
• Prepare and check export invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Submit complete document sets to the bank and track status until payment is received.
• Coordinate shipment documents with the warehouse, forwarders, suppliers, and bank.
• Maintain brand and supplier trackers; record incoming payments and match them to open invoices.
• Manage an unpaid export-invoice tracker, including due dates, balances, and follow-ups.

Candidate qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field; an accounting degree is not required.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or export documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookup and formula functions, pivot tables and charts, data validation, conditional formatting, and cleaning large datasets.
• Working knowledge of Word, export documents and procedures, bank document submission, Incoterms, and basic UAE VAT invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and clear written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications

• Power Query is preferred; macros/VBA is a plus.
• Tire, automotive, or general trading industry experience; ERP or accounting software experience such as Odoo, Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent; and UAE work experience are preferred.

Compensation

• The description lists pay of AED 2,514.04–6,000.00 per month; structured salary is AED 2,514 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
