- We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious **Junior Supply Chain & Global Sourcing Executive** to support our rapidly growing international operations across the Middle East, Europe, USA, India, and China.

- You will work directly with senior leadership and suppliers across multiple countries, helping source products, negotiate pricing, manage supplier relationships, and support international expansion projects.

- + Direct manufacturers
- Identify reliable suppliers across:
- + China
- + India
- + UAE
- + Saudi Arabia
- + Qatar
- + Oman
- + Kuwait
- + Morocco
- + Egypt
- + Europe
- + USA
- **Supplier & Vendor Management:*** Build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Request quotations (RFQs).
- Compare supplier pricing and terms.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities and quality.
- Maintain supplier databases and sourcing records.
- **Negotiation & Procurement Support:*** Support negotiations for:
- + Product pricing
+ MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities)
- + Lead times
- + Shipping terms
- + Payment terms
- Coordinate sample requests and approvals.
- Assist with purchase order management.
- **Supply Chain Coordination:*** Work with logistics and fulfilment teams.
- Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules.
- Support customs and import/export documentation.
- Monitor supplier timelines and production updates.
- **Market & Product Research:*** Research global market trends.
- Identify new product opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing and sourcing trends.
- Assist in supplier and country benchmarking.
- **Skills & Qualifications:****Essential Requirements:*** Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English speaking and writing ability.
- High attention to detail.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong internet research capability.
- Confident using Excel, Google Sheets and online tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- **Preferred Qualifications:*** Degree or diploma in:
- + Supply Chain
- + Business
- + International Trade
- + Procurement
- + Logistics
- + Engineering
- + Commerce
- Experience using Alibaba or IndiaMART preferred.
- Understanding of import/export processes is a plus.
- Experience in sourcing or procurement is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Middle East or Asian markets is beneficial.
