• GRG is partnering with a leading sovereign wealth fund to appoint a Senior Manager – Business Solutions.
• This is not a support function.
• This is a leadership role sitting at the intersection of business and technology, driving how a highly influential institution operates, scales, and modernises.
• You will lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, shaping how systems, data, and automation support investment and corporate decision-making at the highest level.
• This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly into the CTO, with full ownership over business solutions strategy and execution.

• What we are looking for
• Given the level and exposure, only candidates who meet all criteria will be considered:
• UAE National with family book, based in Abu Dhabi
• 10–15 years’ experience across business systems, enterprise applications, or digital transformation
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise-wide solutions
• Proven track record translating business needs into scalable, secure technology platforms
• Strong exposure to ERP (SAP/Oracle), automation, AI, and enterprise architecture environments
