Role overview

Engineering and operational excellence

• Design and implement operations improvement and performance management programs across distribution, fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Apply engineered labor standards, work measurement, time studies, incentive design, labor planning, productivity improvement, and performance management expertise.
• Analyze inbound, outbound, inventory, transportation, and support processes for efficiency, service, quality, safety, and cost opportunities.
• Assess WMS, LMS, ERP, operational reporting, and related workforce-performance technology.

Client and engagement leadership

• Lead multiple client engagements, workstreams, or site implementations and ensure quality delivery, sound project financials, and client outcomes.
• Build relationships with frontline operations and executive stakeholders.
• Translate operational analysis into recommendations, business cases, implementation plans, and executive presentations.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, escalations, staffing, team priorities, and client expectations.

Change and practice growth

• Create change management, communication, training, and stabilization plans for processes, labor standards, technology, automation, and performance programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional consulting teams and junior staff.
• Support business development through account growth, solutions, proposals, statements of work, recruiting, training, and methodology development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, industrial engineering, consulting, or operational improvement.
