**Kars Bakkaliyesi Trading** is seeking a highly skilled **Supply Chain Analytics Lead** to join our operations along the strategic **Salwa Road** trade corridor.
As a leading name in trading and distribution, we are looking for a data-driven leader to transform our supply chain into a predictive, high-efficiency engine.
In this role, you will be the architect of our data strategy, overseeing everything from procurement logistics to last-mile delivery analytics.
You will turn raw data into strategic insights that reduce lead times, optimize inventory, and directly impact our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities
- **Advanced Analytics Leadership:** Design and deploy analytical models to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, from vendor selection to customer delivery.
- **Inventory Optimization:** Lead the development of automated demand forecasting tools to minimize stockouts and reduce carrying costs across our Salwa Road facilities.
- **Operational Reporting:** Build and manage real-time executive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) that track KPIs such as Order Fulfillment Rate, landed cost, and supplier lead times.
- **Logistics Efficiency:** Analyze transport routes and fleet performance to drive cost savings and improve delivery precision.
- **Process Automation:** Identify opportunities to automate manual data collection and reporting workflows within the supply chain department.
- **Strategic Advisory:** Provide data-backed recommendations to the C-suite for scaling operations and expanding our trading portfolio.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 8+ years in Supply Chain or Logistics, with at least 3 years in a dedicated analytics leadership role.
Experience
- in the trading or FMCG sector is highly preferred.
- **Technical Mastery:** Expert proficiency in **SQL** and **Excel**. Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- **Statistical Skills:** Familiarity with Python or R for predictive modeling and time-series forecasting.
- **Location:** Based at our offices on **Salwa Road, Doha**.
