Overview
Business Analyst \| Supply Chain Centre of Excellence \| Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Supply Chain & Procurement excellence initiatives within a leading industrial organization in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement and supply chain improvement initiatives
- Analyze operational and procurement data for reporting and decision-making
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and process documentation
- Monitor procurement compliance, governance, and internal controls
- Support audits, risk management, and process reviews
- Maintain KPI dashboards and Balanced Scorecard reporting
- Support ESG and ICV reporting activities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency
- Support SAP / ARIBA process optimization and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Commercial functions
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience in SAP and SAP ARIBA systems
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in governance, compliance, and audit coordination
- CIPS / CPSM certifications preferred
- Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry experience is an advantage
