Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shuttle operations, including scheduling and route planning.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
• Inspect shuttle vehicles regularly for cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate shuttle schedule, mileage, fuel, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with other departments to support special events and peak operational needs.
• Train and mentor shuttle drivers on company policies, customer service, and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company guidelines.
• Report incidents, accidents, and maintenance issues to the Transportation Manager immediately.

Candidate requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional transportation or logistics certification is a plus.
• At least 2–3 years of transportation or fleet supervision experience; hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
