QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in maritime, training or any related field.
3–5 years of experience in terminal operations/equipment training.
2 years’ experience at least in supervisory role.
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment and adapt to changing conditio
