Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff and subcontractor performance.
- Inspect facilities and oversee cleaning, maintenance, and technical services against agreed and safety standards.
- Handle incident reporting, support problem resolution, and communicate about service delivery.
- Maintain records, prepare basic reports, support team training, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management, building services, or a related operational supervisory role.
- Ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and coordinate shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards applicable to facilities operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to use basic computer applications for reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and respond promptly to operational issues.
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements related to facilities management is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
- Willingness to work on-site, adapt to operational needs, and support occasional extended or shift-based hours.
