The Supervisor will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of a clothes exhibition.
This role ensures smooth operations, manages staff, coordinates with designers and vendors, and delivers an engaging visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the exhibition floor.
- Coordinate with fashion designers, brands, and exhibitors to ensure proper setup.
- Manage a team of exhibition staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
- Handle visitor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee logistics such as booth arrangements, lighting, and display aesthetics.
- Prepare daily reports on attendance, sales, and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the exhibition.
- Monitor inventory of exhibition materials and supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, Event Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in exhibitions, retail supervision, or fashion events.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
