Role Overview

Operations and Safety

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, work instructions, Health and Safety requirements, quality standards, and legal regulations.
• Ensure services meet company procedures and customer requirements.
• Promote safe working practices and comply with customer site rules and contractor requirements.
• Verify correct use and condition of PPE.

Pest Control and Chemical Management

• Oversee safe handling, transportation, storage, and disposal of pesticides and related materials.
• Supervise application of pesticides, rodenticides, fumigants, and non-chemical control measures according to approved procedures and product labels.
• Ensure safe work practices when working at heights, in confined spaces, or in industrial environments where applicable.

Inspections and Incident Management

• Review risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, and safety requirements before work begins.
• Conduct field safety inspections and behavioral safety observations.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and safety concerns, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up.
• Participate in and promote required Health and Safety training.

Equipment and Records

• Promote compliance with company and legal driving safety regulations.
• Oversee the maintenance and operational readiness of company vehicles, application equipment, and tools.
• Verify inspection records, service documentation, and other required operational records.
• Monitor chemical handling, storage, transportation, and disposal activities for compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum high school education; a college degree in any field may also be accepted, with company-provided training.
• 3–5 years of experience handling and leading teams in a pest control company.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Successful completion of the Health and Safety Onboarding Training Course.
• Valid driving license applies to employees assigned driving duties.
