Project accountabilities

• Plan and control shipping projects and oversee FSRU design, approval, conversion, and vessel upgrade work.
• Manage project teams and monitor plans, objectives, budgets, schedules, quality, and KPIs.
• Prepare business cases, cost estimates, schedules, specifications, tender documentation, and contracts.
• Coordinate bids, technical and commercial evaluations, contract negotiations, change requests, variations, and claims.
• Review contractor performance, progress and closeout reports, project closeout, warranty claims, and performance bond release.
• Support budget preparation, tendering, procurement, payment review, project closeout, and client satisfaction reporting.

Minimum requirements

• 5–10 years of managerial experience with knowledge of FSRU conversion project execution and management.
• Project Manager experience for FSRU conversion and Moss-type LNG conversion experience.
• Design experience with LNG engineering partners and equipment makers.
• Knowledge and skills in creating, developing, and executing contracts for life-extension and conversion works.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Newbuilding site experience in China or Korea is preferred.
• Basic Korean or Mandarin knowledge is preferred.
• Professional skills listed include planning, management, communication, administration, project management tools and principles, effective oral and written English, and Arabic proficiency.
