Job-specific accountabilities
- Coordinate vessel provisions, spares, supplies, service and repair orders, and contracted service personnel.
- Facilitate crew deployment and sign-off; track manning, certificate validity, licenses, and required documentation.
- Coordinate mission orders, support voyage planning, and maintain operational capability records and vessel documentation.
- Review vessel technical and safety standards, deployment readiness, and risk assessments against client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain inspection, survey, and investigation records; follow up on actions and non-compliances.
- Liaise with crews and port authorities on inquiries, permits, and documentation for vessel entry and departure.
- Resolve schedule conflicts, participate in fleet safety reviews, and recommend procedural improvements.
- Participate in incident investigations, monitor corrective actions, and contribute to performance assessment.
Minimum requirements
- Diploma in Marine, Oil & Gas Industry, or Business Development.
- Background and working knowledge of offshore support vessels or marine operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of offshore equipment, systems, and associated regulations.
