Superintendent
Role Overview
The Superintendent– Electrical role is responsible for managing and executing electrical controls projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

QUALIFICATIONS
- The following are required skills and qualifications:
- Construction industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience in electrical project management, with a focus on running and executing projects.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Foreman/Journeyman’s role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Master Electrician, Journeyman’s License) are a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License
- CPR AED/First AID certified.
- OSHA 30 required. (Must be completed within 6 months)
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment and materials.
- Must be able to do prolonged periods of sitting at desks, standing, kneeling, bending
- Must be able to work safely on a ladder.
- Occasional exposure to outside weather on job sites.
- Ability to walk job sites for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to occasionally lift at least 35 lbs. solo and 50 lbs. in tandem lifts.
