The E2 – Electrical role will build upon your foundational skills and take on more complex tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building management systems.
This position is ideal for individuals who have gained some experience and are ready to advance their career in electrical controls installation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- The following are required skills and qualifications:
- Construction industry experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electrical systems and building management installations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment and materials.
- Must be able to do prolonged periods of, standing, kneeling, bending
- Must be able to work safely on a ladder.
- Occasional exposure to outside weather on job sites.
- Ability to walk job sites for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to occasionally lift at least 35 lbs. solo and 50 lbs. in tandem lifts.
